Tech Pack Creation: Outerwear

In this project, I developed two comprehensive tech packs to demonstrate my proficiency in creating CAD/flat sketches and detailed construction drawings. These TPs reflect my hands-on experience at JACHS NY, where I was responsible for preparing production-ready tech packs for overseas factories. Included are the CAD pages I would integrate into a PLM system for seamless sample development and manufacturing communication.

Double-Breasted Wool Coat Tech Pack
This tech pack showcases a tailored double-breasted wool coat, designed with a pleated shawl collar and traditional tailoring details. The TP includes precise flat sketches and construction annotations, illustrating the craftsmanship required for this outerwear piece.

Cropped Puffer Jacket Tech Pack
This tech pack details a cropped puffer jacket featuring a detachable fur trim on the hood, welt pockets, and bomber-inspired details. The construction drawings emphasize the garment’s functional and stylistic elements, ensuring clarity for production teams.

Both tech packs exemplify my ability to translate design concepts into clear, actionable tech packs that streamline the production process and maintain design integrity from concept to final sample.
